8pm. La Route Chante: A Tribute to Lhasa De Sela @ Le Theatre Rialto, 5723 du Parc. Two concerts paying tribute to Montreal singer Lhasa De Sela, who succumbed to breast cancer on January 1st, 2010 at the age of 37. Confirmed musicians include: Arthur H, Patrick Watson & The Wooden Arms, Ariane Moffatt, The Barr Brothers, Jérôme Minière, Plants and Animals, Esmerine, Katie Moore, Thomas Hellman, Ariel Engle, and more. 6pm. Parker Branch Off-Site No. 1 @ W WTWO, 170 Jean Talon Ouest, Unit 206. Parker Branch is a collaborative curatorial project by London, Ontario based-artists Anna Madelska and Jason Hallows that emphasizes found objects, ephemera, collections and natural artefacts. The exhibition for W WTWO is Parker Branch’s first off-site project.

9:30pm. The Coppertone @ Divan Orange, 4234 St-Laurent. Toronto blues/rock singer-songwriter Amanda Zelina, aka The Coppertone, plays Divan Orange, in support of her latest record, “Hymns for the Hollow.” $10.
