Perrier L’Orange Gin Fizz

  • Ice as needed
  • 2 ounces of gin
  •  2 tablespoons of fresh lemon uice
  • 1/4 of an orange, cut into two wedges
  • 1 tablespoon of simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of Perrier L’Orange

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, lemon juice, orange wedges, and simple syrup. Cover, shake well, and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with Perrier L’Orange and serve immediately.
