If you’re curious about silkscreening, but not quite ready to invest in your own serigraph squeegee, registration is now open for the spring 2011 session of Drawn & Quarterly’s popular silkscreening workshop. This 3-week course will run Tuesdays March 29th, April 5th and 12th from 6:30 to 8:30pm. During the course, instructor Leyla Majeri will go over the basics of silkscreening from start to finish. Participants (ages 15 and up) will go home with their own completed project.

The workshop costs $100 for the whole session, including supplies. Workshop participants obtain a 20% discount on all books at Drawn & Quarterly for the duration of the workshop.

Reserve your spot by dropping by Drawn & Quarterly (211 Bernard Ouest) with a deposit of $65, or by emailing workshops@drawnandquarterly.com. There are few spots available so register a.s.a.p.!
