At these intimate and interactive cooking classes, you’ll be guided through making a dish selected by the chef, and then enjoy what they have prepared. Chef Susur Lee will take you step-by-step through his recipe for Chiang Mai Fillet of Beef with Garlic Shrimp and Saffron Tomato Rice alongside Green Mango Salad and Papadum. The class hosted by Chef Matt Basile will show you how to make some fabulous meatballs with portobello mushrooms
