Got a sweet tooth? 

Canada’s Largest Sweets Festival, Sweetery, makes its third appearance celebrating local chefs, students and artists this weekend (August 12th-13th) at David Pecaut Square (55 John St.) You’ll have the opportunity to sample culinary delights from local shops, taste a variety of distinctive award-winning treats, and partake in interactive activities to benefit Second Harvest. 

The post-grad students of GBC’s Advance French Patisserie class will be creating masterful French pastries to serve to festival goers, and you can take part in a taste bud challenge as you watch live performers take the stage.
