- In 2011/2012 SickKids did 6799 inpatient surgeries.
- SickKids sees over 100,000 patients each year.
Go here to see the miraculous stories of resilient children who have been saved by SickKids.
Neuropsychiactric diseases, cancer and stem cell biology, genetic & genomic medicine and organ failure in children are a few of the areas that the new centre will be committed to in terms of discovery, preventitive medicine and developing cures.
The work SickKids does is nothing short of miraculous and on June 6th, Toronto neighbourhoods will rally together for Scrubs In the City Presents Block Party. Join us at the party and be a part of the story.
