Are you still in high school but want to get a jump on your creative career? WAVECON, taking place Sunday, March 10th, can be that boost you need.

WAVECON is the brainchild of Jordyn Lasko, a 17-year-old entrepreneur with a vision to connect interested youth (ages 14-20) with Toronto-based creative industry leaders, forging the bond between the creative entrepreneurs of today and tomorrow. This one-day keynote conference is themed around creative entrepreneurship, and will include panels covering Music (Management, Talent, Booking Agents, etc.), Design (Fashion, Art, Graphic Design, Set Design, etc.), Film + Acting (Direction, Production, Acting, etc.) and Media + Photography (Writing, Photography, Publicity, etc.). Plus, there’ll be a special bonus panel on Youth in Creative Industries (Students under 20 who have made a splash in their given creative industry).

Admission to WAVECON is free, but it helps if you register here.
