Giving and getting undies is a Christmas tradition in my family. This year, my sister tucked a few goodies from Miel into my stocking, and they filled a void in my underwear drawer that I never knew existed. Kiss VPL goodbye; seamless and label-less, this underwear is invisible under even the tightest of pants. Its breathable fabric has in-built anti-microbial protection, to help you combat that “not so fresh feeling.” Unbelievably comfortable, I sometimes forgot I was wearing anything at all!
Not one for frilly stuff, I really appreciate Miel’s simple, clean designs. I have the Nana bra in Smoke; it offers the comfort of a sports bra but still gives you a nice, cleavage-y oomph. And with prices in the $20-$26 range, you can’t go wrong.
Best part of all? Miel is a Canadian company, founded in 2005 by the Colombia-born, Montreal-based Miel Sisters, Valeria and Camila Velandia. Since Miel has entered my rotation, all other knickers have been banished to period week.
