Hosted by Canadian Running Series, Toronto’s newest 10k is happening Saturday, June 25th along the waterfront, and we think this is the best way to kick start summer on the right (running) foot.

Meditative, exhilarating, confidence-boosting, stress-relieving: running is our new thing. We love what it does for our mind and spirit, just as much as we love what it does for our body.

The Toronto Waterfront race will welcome 7,000 runners for a flat and fast 10k. We’re super excited that Olympic-qualified athletes Reid Coolsaet, Eric Gillis and Krista DuChene will be headlining the race – their last one before heading to Brazil! (HOW COOL IS THAT?!)

But don’t worry, you don’t need to be a pro-runner to join. Our very own Sarah G. only began her running routine a few months ago, and we’re proud that she’ll be running alongside some of the top female runners in this country. (Or maybe behind, but still, TOGETHER.) YOU SHOULD JOIN TOO!


Beyond doing a great thing for yourself, when you sign up, you can also make a difference in your community by raising funds for one of our official charities, including the Canadian Olympic FoundationRed Door Family Shelter and Second Harvest.


Spectators can cheer on their loved ones from one of two official cheering sites, hosted by Tribe Fitness at 5.5k/8.5k and Pace & Mind at 7k, featuring music by Indie88, cheer signs, noisemakers and other fun surprises! Bring your cheering squad! This is a great way for the entire family to rally together and enjoy some outdoor fun.


Did we mention there will also be a Samba squad? YEP, this day keeps getting better! Post-race, runners can join in our Rio Send-Off Party complete with Brazilian drummers and Samba dancers starting at 8:45 a.m in the party site.
