Healthy Homemade Berry Delicious Pops

Is everyone surviving the summer?  It has been so hot lately that I wanted to develop a sweet treat to beat the heat! These pops are easy to prep and oh-so-deliciously good for you too!

Homemade Berry Delicious Pops

2c of organic strawberries 
2c of organic raspberries 
1/3 c of raw organic honey (melted) 
2-3 tbs freshly squeezed lime juice (or lemon) 
1/2 cup fresh mint (or basil) 
1/2 c of spring water

Pop (pun intended) everything into your blender/vitamix/food processor and blend until it reaches a smoothie-like texture. Must be thin enough to pour (if not add small increments of water). Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 3-4 hours. Voila.

*optional: add a splash of good quality tequila and sprinkle with sea salt after freezing for a grown-up margarita pop!
