I’d like to think I’m quite an avid vintage enthusiast. I’ve prowled the city for vintage digs, and when F As In Frank opened last year in its 2425 Main Street home I was in vintage heaven. From Cher-like bedazzled body suits circa ’89 to more demure mod dresses of the 60’s, F As In Frank has it all.

Saturday June 19th from 11am-5pm they’re having their HUGE VINTAGE ALLEY SALE. Bring your own shopping bag and fill with as much clothing as you can for only $10!! It’s like going to your ‘quirky’ great aunt Susan’s house and prowling through her collection of clothing that spans a course of 50 years. And if crowds aren’t your thing, everything in-store is 30% off. At the end of the day all the unwanted clothing from the alley gets donated to the homeless.

So lace up your combat boots, put on your brass knuckles and line up early for the vintage sale of the season. Oh! And if you’re hungry they’ve got some cute plaid-wearing, tattoo bearing beardos grilling up some grub for you enjoyment.

Check out this video from last year’s sale to get a taste of what’s to come: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uAuSGVPceg&feature=youtu.be

See you girls there!
