8pm. Le Comedy Bistro @ Le Bistro du Parc des Princes, 5293 Parc. War crimes lawyer turned comedienne Jessica Salomon hosts yet another edition of Le Comedy Bistro, with headlining comic (musician/wrestler) Mike Paterson, as well as Owen Booth, Darren Henwood, Chris Betts and Andrew Albert. 9th Annual Art Tattoo Montreal 2011 @ Le Windsor, 1160 de la Gauchètiere West. If you’ve been thinking about getting a new tattoo, this is your chance to make it happen. Each year, dozens of international tattoo artists gather for a weekend convention to celebrate the art of tattooing, and to offer their skillz at a lower cost. Over 200 artists will be at this year’s event. Live music included. $15 entry fee on Friday and Sunday; $20 on Saturday. Visit their site for hours and details for appointments with artists.

1pm. Montreal Community Bike Tour @ Norman Bethune Statue, corner of De Maisonneuve and Guy. An interactive bicycle tour of several Montreal neighbourhoods will take place, rain or shine, in participation with QPIRG Concordia. Grab your bike, helmet and snacks! Free. Until 4pm.

6pm. The Room 22 Issue Launch Party @ Friendship Cove, 215 Murray. Popular Montreal zine The Room 22 releases its third issue at Friendship Cove, with a collection of poets, live music and snacks for all. BYOB. Pay what you can. Until 1am.

10pm. Amelia Curran @ Le Divan Orange, 4234 St-Laurent. Halifax-based songstress Amelia Curran headlines an evening of acoustic tunes at Le Divan Orange, accompanied by Ottawa’s Laurent Bourque and Montreal’s own Folly and the Hunter. $10 in advance, $12 at the door.

2pm. Montreal Oysterfest 2011 @ The Pigeon Hole Parking Lot, Corner Rue St-Jean and Notre-Dame West. To all seafood lovers: cancel your Sunday plans. The third annual Montreal Oysterfest is back, with 15 participating restaurants from around the city, beverages and two live bands. Until 9pm.
