The FASHION TARGETS BREAST CANCER tee has become an iconic symbol of the partnership between the fashion world and Rethink Breast Cancer. This year, Joe Fresh has gotten into the game, selling these life-saving t-shirts at their stores for only $12. This year’s design features a mimosa target, and pink writing: a positive combo for an organization focused on making a positive difference. The name of the game is contributing to a cure any way you can, and to that end, Rethink Breast Cancer is also running a design contest, open to students all over the country. The students will design a target-inspired t-shirt, and a panel of judges including Shinan Govani will choose the finalists. A vote on Rethink’s website will determine the winner, who will receive $1,500 towards their design studies. The winner will be announced on June 11th, Fashion Targets Friday, the day we’ll all be wearing our Joe Fresh Target T-shirts loud and proud.
