TSO Holiday Pops

Catch orchestral arrangements of timeless holiday classics and traditional favourites at the TSO Holiday Pops. Led by guest conductor Sarah Hicks, this joyful concert will allow for families and friends to get together and celebrate the season of giving with sparkling melodies, rousing choruses, and carol sing-alongs. Arrive early to indulge in a special performance by members of the Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra at the North Lobby, starting at 6:45 pm. More info.

2025 Gingerbread Lane

Yonge + St. Clair will look a lot more festive starting tomorrow with Gingerbread Lane. The event will transform the neighbourhood into a gingerbread wonderland, with custom storefronts created by talented bakers. Explore each display, vote for your favourite, and enjoy special programming happening in the region. On Launch Night, expect holiday photobooths, live music, snacks, and drinks. For those hoping to visit the area on Thursday or Friday, there will be a holiday market featuring local makers and artisan gifts. Saturday will be Family Day, marking it the perfect occasion to do something fun with the kids, including decorating gingerbread cookies and making snow globes. More info.

16 Chairs Vocal Ensemble

The 16 Chairs Vocal Ensemble is a community-based women’s group from Riverdale that formed less than four months ago and have been preparing to make their inaugural performance at this seasonal concert taking place at Hugh’s Room. With Artistic Director Donna Green and Music Director Geoff Butler accompanying pianist William O’Meare, you’ll be in for a captivating Christmas performance. The one-hour show also features a “Ceremony of Carols” by Benjamin Britten, played by harpist Sanya Eng. More info.
