Yes, dearies, you did read the title of this right: I have been trying the No No! sold exclusively at Sephora and I'm here to tell you that it does work!... kinda.

So below, you see the unit as you will use it. It's quite small, fits into the palm of your hand, and you basically slide it over the part of your body that you want to rid of hair. Sounds simple? Well it is. The unit comes with a variety of "blades". There are some for short hair and some for long hair, and are to be used accordingly. You use the blades for long hair for longer hair and then follow up by using a blade for the short hair.

In between using the two different kinds of blades, as well as before and after using the system, you're to use buffer pads to exfoliate your skin. They take any dead skin with them and after using them you'll find that your skin is exceptionally soft and smooth. They really do just what they're supposed to do and of course, they come with the entire No No! hair removal system!

Despite you having to start and stop while using the No No!, the system is still easy to use and it helps if you follow directions to the letter. Yes, do you do need to go very slowly and yes, your room will be smell with the scent of burning hair, but I personally didn't find it to be a big deal.

I used the system for about 8 weeks and I used it pretty consistently. Right off the bat, I need to say that it takes a commitment of time and effort to use the No No! To get great results you really need to spend literally hours a week using it and using it well. You can't go too fast and you can't go too slow or you will burn yourself! Once you figure out the right speed to go, you do need to go over each area many many times which is why this takes so long to work.

I used this on my arms, and after 8 weeks I saw mediocre results. From what I can see, the No No! does work! It either minimizes hair growth or obliterates it all together, but as I said, you will be spending many hours of your life on using this if you want to be completely hair free. Ideally, I think that this system will be great for people who have finer hair. They will see results quickly and they will likely be long lasting.

Those people will thicker hair that grows quickly will not be as lucky with the No No! They might have to use it more often and will have to use it for a longer period of time.

There's no pain with the No No! and there's no side effects from using it (other than the lessening of hair aspect, of course) but it's also not as effective as laser hair removal, which can be quite painful. You really must be vigilant in using this and use it exactly as directed.

I think that I will continue to use the No No! because I did see results from using it; however, I think that this is just the first generation of at-home hair removal devices, and that the ones that come out next will be even better! If you're thinking of picking up the No No! I'll tell you that you need to find a way to incorporate it into your life. Whether you use it for an hour in the morning or while you're watching the news or your favourite TV shows, your results will only be as good as your own perseverance, so consider that when you get it!
