This Sunday, our very own editor-in-chief Jen McNeely is hosting Movies in the Mess Hall at The Drake Underground. Say sayonara to summer with a screening of the quintessential steamy love story: Dirty Dancing. We’ve been blasting the soundtrack and singing into a plastic hairbrush all week, shamelessly recalling a simpler time of sleepovers, sidewalk chalk, and being young enough that it was socially acceptable to sing into a plastic hairbrush.

Moves in the Mess Hall is $5, but if you want to join us for dinner, too, $15 will score you a foot-long veal hot dog, choice of two sides, and a sprinkle doughnut. As well, we’ll be sippin’ pretty on PD Day Lavendar Lemonade Juice Boxtails for six bones.

Come sing along with us on Sunday night. We promise not to make you carry any watermelons.
