If you haven’t had a chance to soak in this electrifying and magical adaptation of the greatest love story of all time – well, you have one weekend left to do so. GET ON IT!

With choreography by John Cranko and a dramatic score by Sergei Prokofiev, The National Ballet of Canada’s performance of Shakespeare’s star-crossed lovers timeless story is magnificent. Principal dancers Greta Hodgkinson (Juliet) and Jason Reilly (Romeo) will awe you and cause your heart to flutter. Whimsical yet bold choreography is cast against a gorgeous, multi-faceted set by Canadian designer Susan Benson…oh and the costumes, also by Benson, are everything one could imagine and more. (Yes…you could say we have fallen head over heals)

See it for the costumes. See it for the romance. See it for the men in tights. (yum)
