MUTEK: 13th International Festival of Digital Creativity and Electronic Music @ several venues across the city. Over 70 acts will descend on Montreal this week, lighting up our favourite music venues and parks for this year’s MUTEK. An amazing line-up of emerging digital artists from Canada and abroad will take the stage – view the full list here. MUTEK will also feature a series of workshops, panel discussions and presentations for festival guests, most of which are free to attend. 7:30pm. The Road Less Travelled By: Three Decades of Experimental Film at Concordia @ Segal Centre for Performing Arts, 5170 Côte-Sainte-Catherine. In celebration of 35 years of outstanding cinema at Concordia’s Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema, the Segal Centre presents an evening of particularly interesting student films from the last 30 years. $8.

8:15pm. Tour la Nuit Annual Bike Ride @ Boul. St-Joseph to Parc Jeanne-Mance. Montreal’s Bike Fest kicks into full swing this week with activities for Montreal cyclers of all ages, including a 22km night bike ride across the city, the Tour la Nuit. Vintage Pop @ L’Espace POP, 5587 Parc. The final weekend of POP Montreal’s highly anticipated Vintage sale and craft fair will feature a variety of great vendors, including Bettie Baker, Caesar Pony, Cheap Opulence, Red Clementine and more! The fair runs from 5pm to 8pm on Friday, and 11am to 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free. Cash, Visa and Mastercard accepted.
