11am. 34th Annual Canada Day Parade @ St Catherine Street West, from du Fort to Place du Canada. The parade ends as most things should: with cake! As well, head down to the Quays of the Old Port for a plethora of Canada-themed activities, shows and at 10:30pm (weather permitting), fireworks!
SATURDAY JULY 2
12pm. Punk Piknic @ Parc Jean-Drapeau, Île Sainte-Hélène. In the same location as the summer-weekly Piknic Electronik, the 4th annual Punk Piknic dance party is happening Saturday for those with alternative music tastes. Until 7pm.
