12:30pm. Crescent Street Grand Prix Festival @ Crescent Street. As ever, Crescent Street is a must for those in search of F1 Grand Prix festivities. Race fans, tourists, and those just looking to gawk will descend on Crescent for the free festival. The street will be closed to car traffic, and the fest will feature live music, DJ performances, lots of activities for all ages, and plenty of F1 related activities (ever dreamt of changing a tire on a race car? Now’s your chance!). Check out the full schedule. Daily from June 7 until June 9; nightly musical performances start at 5:00pm.

Grand Prix on the Main @ St. Laurent Boulevard between Sherbrooke and des Pins. St. Laurent Boulevard will also be closed to car traffic to celebrate the Grand Prix. Sip drinks on outdoor terraces, take in the street sales and enjoy the people watching. The STM will provide a shuttle service that will allow you to traverse St. Laurent for free. Daily from 10am to 3am.
FRIDAY JUNE 8
6pm. JP Hoe and Harry + Tonio LIVE @ Citizen Vintage, 5330 St. Laurent. Mile End vintage boutique Citizen Vintage welcomes Winnipeg singer-songwriter JP Hoe and Montreal’s own pop duo Harry + Tonio for a night of eclectic live music. Browse CV’s spring and summer vintage collections, enjoy a glass of wine and kick off your summer by discovering fresh young talent.

12pm. 100 Sided Die Print Sale / Bake Sale @ 100 Sided Die, 5334 De Gaspe (back door) 12th floor Room 1202. A few screen printers from 100 Die are pooling together to have a studio sale. There will be art prints, posters, vegan baked goods, homebrewed kombucha and good vibes. Come on over for a chat and a sneak peek of what these printmakers are all up too! Featuring work by Jesse Purcell, Jacinthe Loranger, Seripop, Just Seeds Artists’ Cooperative and Soraya Etemad. Till 6pm.
