The start of a new season is the perfect time to revamp your wardrobe, and what better way than to swap your fall cast-offs with other stylish scavengers? This Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Eastminster United Church (310 Danforth Ave.), Uber-SWAP invites you to edit your closet the frugal and eco-friendly way at their popular clothing exchange.

Here’s how it works: Bring your stash of in-season, decent quality, and clean clothing and accessories (sweaters, dresses, jackets, skirts, pants, belts, and bags are okay; leggings, tanks, white tees, shorts, bathing suits, and gym gear are not) to the basement of Eastminster United Church at 10 a.m., and get ready to swap! A minimum of 12 items are required, but it’s recommended you bring 15-20, as not everything will be accepted.

Tickets are $10. Any leftover items will be donated to Yonge Street Mission and other local agencies supporting women and newcomers.
